We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above. • 90% of orders are shipped within 48 hours! How To Order Ordering from the FireEagle Website is Easy: Browse any of our product catalogs, 24 hours-a-day, to select the parts and accessories that you want. After adding products to your shopping cart, simply click on the “checkout” button. The checkout process will walk you through several windows where you will be asked to provide information that we will need to process and ship your order. Payment for online orders can be made using your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Other Order Methods: If you prefer, you may place your order by calling our customer service department Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm CENTRAL time, Wednesday 9am to 8pm, or Saturday, 9am to 3pm. All orders shipped outside the U.S. must be prepaid in U.S. funds (credit cards and wire transfers are most commonly used). Please disregard the shipping figures displayed in the shopping cart; these figures represent U.S. ground based shipping costs. SHIPPING CHARGES Charges are listed at checkout. FORIEGN Orders and any shipping outside the 'lower 48' will vary. Buyers must contact us for exact charges. REGULAR SHIPPING: For orders in Illinois, 6.6% sales tax needs to be added by the purchaser. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico Orders must be prepaid by credit card or electronic wire transfer. UPS ground service is available to most of Canada. UPS offers only next or 2nd day air to AK, HI, and PR. Smaller items can be mailed at less shipping. Call or Email us for rate quotes. Rush Delivery Next Day, Second Day are available in most areas. Due to fraudulent use of credit cards, anything over US$50.00 must be shipped COD-cashiers check or money order only. Return / Refund Policy RETURNS JUDOGI are not tailored dress clothes. We always encourage our buyers to call and get as detailed a fit as possible. It is the buyers responsibility to make certain the GI will fits the way he wants it to. You may return any item to FireEagle within 10 days of receiving it. Always inspect your order immediately upon receipt to make sure it is correct and undamaged. No item that is modified by the purchaser or at his request can be returned. All items returned are subject to 15% restocking fee. To return anything within the 10-day limit, the following procedure must be followed: 1. Contact our Customer Service department by Phone or Email and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. This number must appear on the front of the package you are returning. 2. Include the following with your return: (a) a copy of your original invoice and (b) a note stating why you are returning the item and whether you want a refund, replacement part or credit on account. 3. Insure the return package and pay the shipping charges. Freight collect packages are not accepted. All returns are accepted subject to inspection by FireEagle. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING WHICH HAS BEEN USED, MODIFIED OR DAMAGED. NO RETURN ON ANYTHING IF IT HAS BEEN USED OR WASHED. DAMAGE CLAIMS The carrier is responsible for delivering merchandise in good condition. Therefore, you should inspect each package upon delivery, point out any damage to the delivery person, call the carrier immediately and prepare the carrier’s claim form. FireEagle cannot replace merchandise damaged in transit if a damage claim has not been made. Shipping Information Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item. OTHER POLICIES Refused Shipments The customer is responsible for freight both ways on any shipment for which delivery is refused. Warranty; Limited Liability FireEagle will, at its option, replace or refund the cost of defective merchandise as described under “RETURNS” above. There is no other express or implied warranty, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. FireEagle shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of merchandise. This warranty may not be changed except by written notice signed by an officer of FireEagle.
